1. Data controller
The data controller is Eden Agency, reachable at info@pezcorpsrl.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, email address and the text of your message.
- Browsing data: technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed automatically by the services that deliver the site.
- Visit statistics: aggregated, anonymous data about the pages visited, with no profiling cookies.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
We use contact form data only to reply to your request and, if you ask, to send you a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Browsing data and anonymous statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your specific consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is processed by us and by the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site, acting as data processors:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards contact form messages to our mailbox.
- Vercel Inc.: site hosting and anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics, cookieless).
- Google (Google Fonts) and jsDelivr: delivery of fonts and libraries, which involves receiving the visitor's IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer relies on adequacy decisions (e.g. the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the messages we receive for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows: in that case the data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law.
6. Cookies
This site uses no profiling or advertising cookies. Visit statistics are collected anonymously and without cookies.
7. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@pezcorpsrl.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Is providing data mandatory?
Filling in the contact form is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply to you.
